Greeting Fellow Slope Racers!
Vincent returns to deliver
Personal Bests to a number of
pilots, including Bill DelHagen
who not only flew fastest, but won
the whole enchilada. Bill flew a
blazing 32.52 that places him in
some esteemed company, and
coincidently did it with his
reliable Pike WR with a 32,7 on
the wing. How fitting. Here's the
results using the 2 throwout SCSR
spreadsheet.
1 7558.97
Bill DelHagen Wizard/Pike WR
2 7418.84
Bob Bingham Acacia DS
3 7388.79
Doug Reel McLean Extreme
4 6997.47
Gary Legerton Acacia
5 6608.72
Mike Sheridan Blade XL
6 6542.95
Kyle Paulson NYX
7 6351.56
Alexei Kaisselev Pike WRX
8 6034.24
Bruce Beddoe McLean Extreme
9 5735.30
Brett Jaffee

10 5021.72 Brad

11 2402.72 Jerry
Craft
KerTHUD!
12 2185.19 Rey
Harju Miraj DS
13 1191.56 Ron
Thompson Miraj/Bluto
Notables are also Mike Sheridan
39.85 with his new Blade XL. Brad
coming back to finish after a
radio problem to get a tie with me
in round 9 was very satisfying
especially after tearing up a
foamie to get at a receiver,
hiking the hill to get a new
tranny and finishing strong.
Finally meeting the famous Brett
Jaffee was a highlight. We flew a
total of 13 runs in the 30's.
Pretty impressive. Vincent does
satisfy in a gritty, all over hurt
kinda way. New guys Ron and Rey
found some of that Vincent love in
the LZ, sorry guys. We hope you
come back, it's not always that
bad. Jerry Craft has a Sting for
sale if anyone's looking for a
project. Nice to see him back...
All in all a very nice day of
flying. Well done Bill!
