About Paypal: Using PayPal allows you to pay by credit card or bank draft (electronic check). Remember how much you owe from the previous Entry Form, then click on the PayPal logo below. You will be taken to the PayPal web site. If you're already a Pay Pal member, you know how this works. If not, the site will walk you through the PayPal registration process. PayPal is safe and convenient and you may find it very useful in the future for other web purchases. Your chosen account will show a debit called "USA VRQ Entry Fee"
